Job summary

Technology Service Corporation seeks a Field Service Engineer to support FALCATA product integration, testing and deployment across multiple sites (Huntsville, AL; Aurora, CO; Arlington, VA; Bedminster, NJ). You will work with customers and partners to resolve issues, validate performance, and document results.

The role requires hands-on experience across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware interfaces, strong troubleshooting, and the ability to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related)
• Minimum 5 years in systems integration, testing or engineering roles
• Hands-on experience integrating subsystems onto larger platforms (RF-based preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving in field environments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel up to 40% as required by activities
• Ability to obtain/maintain SECRET DoD clearance
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply FALCATA product hardware and software operations
• Serve as a Field Service Engineer supporting integration and testing at field or lab sites
• Provide hands-on technical support across mechanical, electrical, software, and firmware interfaces
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in real time with internal/external teams
• Develop, execute and refine integration test plans and documentation
• Evaluate data to assess product performance during integration events
• Communicate needs, feedback and issues to product engineering teams
• Ensure activities are completed on schedule per program requirements
• Communicate status, risks, and action items to stakeholders
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and management to improve processes
• Travel up to 40% for field/test events
