You will travel within Minnesota (25–50%), develop tailored solutions, and work with farmers and advisors to optimize crop performance and soil health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field required.
• 3–5 years of agricultural sales, agronomy, or related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of row crop production, soil health, and biological products.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell biological products and specialty fertilizers to farmers, agribusinesses, and distributors.
• Provide agronomic advice and field support to customers.
• Identify opportunities, build relationships, and achieve sales targets within Minnesota.
• Collaborate with marketing/product teams to align with market demand.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and reports.
