Job summary

Kimmel Associates seeks a Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on Class A commercial interior tenant improvement and renovation projects nationwide. The role requires managing subcontractors and on-site teams, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while maintaining strong client relations.

Candidates should have 10+ years of superintendent experience in commercial interiors, OSHA 30 certification, and willingness to travel nationwide with occasional overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Lead Superintendent experience on commercial interior/tenant improvement projects.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors.
• Excellent understanding of safety practices and jobsite compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations on assigned commercial interior projects.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Coordinate daily construction activities to align with project schedules.
• Review plans, specs, schedules, and project documentation.
• Maintain daily reports, time sheets, safety records, and punch lists.
• Travel nationwide with extended overnight stays as required.
