The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 and includes benefits such as medical, dental, and a matching 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
