Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions is looking for a Traveling Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects across the United States. This role requires 90-100% travel, leading field operations and ensuring jobsite safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in construction, including at least 3 years in a Superintendent role. Applicants should possess strong leadership, scheduling skills, and knowledge of construction methods.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor.
• Experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
