Job summary

Sevan Multi‑Site Solutions, Inc. seeks experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead field operations on commercial and government projects across the United States.

You will oversee safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout. The role requires 7+ years in construction, including 3+ years as a Superintendent, with strong knowledge of methods, scheduling, and coordination.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years as a Superintendent for a General Contractor
• Experience managing commercial construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Experience with Procore, Microsoft Office, and construction scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera P6 preferred)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain)
• First Aid / CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• General Contractor license or LEED experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Operations: Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations
• Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and manage short‑term look‑ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule
• Safety Leadership: Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance
• Quality Control: Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractor performance, scope execution, and schedule adherence
• Project Documentation: Maintain daily reports including manpower, progress, weather, and safety updates
• Project Closeout: Manage punch list completion and final inspections
