Job summary

Sevan Multi-Site Solutions seeks an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial construction projects nationwide. You will oversee safety, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and project execution from groundbreaking through closeout.

The role requires 90-100% travel across the United States, working on retail, restaurant, grocery, fuel/convenience, and federal ground-up and remodel projects.

Qualifications

• Lead field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and daily safety meetings.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity.
• Assist with RFIs, change orders, and field directives as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities and field operations.
• Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field crews to maintain productivity and progress.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules aligned with the master project schedule.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and labor to maintain workflow.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance.
• Perform regular jobsite walkthroughs and inspections.
• Manage punch lists and project turnover.
