Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management is required.
• 7–12 years of experience leading work on large commercial/industrial projects.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and STS-C certification required.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to meet project schedule.
• Develops and communicates work plans for field changes.
• Maintains contract document understanding to anticipate problems.
• Ensures permits are obtained for construction activities.
• Leads safety program and enforces compliance on site.
• Manages project schedule, documentation, and daily reports.
