Gilbane Building Company is seeking Experienced Superintendents for nationwide locations, including Cleveland, Columbus, Providence, Albany and more. Roles require daily on-site presence with openness to relocation and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7–12 years of experience leading components or whole projects valued at $30M+ on commercial/industrial construction.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• STS-C Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed training.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to meet the project schedule.
• Maintains project schedule and contingency plans; updates team and trades.
• Ensures permits and regulatory compliance for construction.
• Lead contractor meetings and safety program enforcement.
• Develops and maintains project documentation and reports.
