The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering or Construction Management and 7-12 years of experience leading large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience leading a component of work or a whole project valued at $30 million or larger.
• OSHA 30-hour certified and STS-C Certification.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to ensure quality work.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to anticipate potential problems.
• Communicate schedule status and updates to project team and trade contractors.
