Gilbane Building Company is seeking Experienced Superintendents for nationwide locations with daily on-site presence and potential relocation. Open to travel, these roles support projects across multiple cities including Pittsburgh and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management required.
• 7–12 years leading a component of work or whole project valued at $30M+ on commercial/industrial sites.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and STS-C certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade contractors and sub-contractors to meet schedule.
• Maintains project schedule and contingency plans.
• Ensures safety compliance across trades and leads contractor meetings.
• Trains and mentors field staff and reviews scopes of work.
