Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 7-12 years of experience leading a component of work or whole project on large commercial/industrial construction projects in a superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certified; STS-C Certification; First Aid, CPR, AED training.
• Equivalency of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day coordination of trades to meet the approved project schedule.
• Develops, documents, and communicates the field work plan and changes.
• Maintains understanding of contract documents to proactively anticipate problems.
• Establishes credibility with owners, unions, and project partners; enforces safety.
• Leads contractor meetings and manages daily reports and project scheduling.
