Qualifications

• 7-12 years experience leading large commercial/industrial construction projects as a superintendent.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• First Aid, CPR, AED, Stop the Bleed Training.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day coordination of trade contractors to ensure quality work.
• Develop and document work plans regarding field changes.
• Lead contractor meetings and ensure safety compliance.
