Job summary

TUTTLE, a Dant Clayton Division, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee multiple commercial construction projects from award to closeout in a fast-paced environment, with nationwide travel. You will lead project teams, manage budgets, schedules, safety, and quality, and build strong client relationships while delivering on time and within budget.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and risk management skills, and offers competitive compensation and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in the construction industry.
• Ability to travel nationally up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, and project controls.
• Direct all phases of project delivery, from project handoff through completion and closeout.
• Ensure adherence to contract requirements, project schedules, quality standards, and company objectives.
• Coordinate activities between internal teams, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Mentor, coach, and develop Project Management team members through regular feedback and accountability.
