Job summary

Lab37 Robotics in the United States seeks a Construction Program Manager to own every kitchen modification, permitting, and build across installations. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team through design, permitting, construction, and final handoff to operations, ensuring quality and scale as volumes rise.

You will architect repeatable deployment processes, manage budgets for numerous small-to-medium projects, and navigate diverse local codes and AHJ requirements while guiding engineers,

Qualifications

• Experience developing commercial kitchens or technically similar environments with strong budgeting and cost-control know-how.
• Proven track record in permitting and inspection across jurisdictions.
• Program management experience overseeing parallel work streams and technical teams at pace.
• Strong stakeholder and client management, able to own relationships with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of kitchen modifications for Lab37 installs nationwide: design, permitting, construction, inspection, and handoff to operations.
• Build and refine a formulaic deployment process to enable hundreds of installs with reliability and speed.
• Manage construction budgets and cost controls across many concurrent, small-to-medium projects.
• Navigate permitting and inspection processes across varied jurisdictions, pre-empting code constraints and AHJ requirements.
• Direct cross-functional and technical teams—engineering, construction, and kitchen onboarding—to unblock critical path items.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients across many projects.
• Lead, coach, and grow a team of project managers as volume scales into new markets.
• Apply engineering systems knowledge and code constraints to solve kitchen-specific build challenges.
