Job summary

Atoms in Los Angeles is seeking a Facilities Program Manager to own end-to-end kitchen modification projects for enterprise clients and robotics installations. You will coordinate design, permitting, construction, and handoff to operations.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, navigate local codes, and work with internal and external stakeholders to keep multiple projects on track.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering commercial kitchen builds with budgeting and cost control.
• Knowledge of permitting and inspections across jurisdictions.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of kitchen modifications for major enterprise customers and robotics installations.
• Manage construction budgets and cost controls across many concurrent projects.
• Navigate permitting and inspection processes across jurisdictions.
• Direct cross-functional teams — engineering, construction, and onboarding — to unblock critical path items.
• Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients across multiple projects.
• Apply engineering and code constraints to solve kitchen-specific build challenges.
