Qualifications

• 5-7 years in construction management for high voltage/renewable projects.
• Experience with data center substations, microgrids, and BESS preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent energy construction projects across the U.S. for HV and renewables.
• Provide cost and constructability input during design phases.
• Coordinate submittals, schedules, subcontractors and field activities.
• Lead construction meetings with subcontractors, APG teams and clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules including 3-week lookahead.
• Ensure adherence to specifications, QA/QC, and safety standards.
• Oversee closeout documentation and as-built drawings.
• Capture and manage field redlines and ensure accurate docs.
• Maintain construction management software per company standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive project success.
