Job summary

APG seeks an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple high voltage and renewable energy projects across the United States. You will coordinate submittals, schedules, and field activities while guiding subcontractors and client communications. A strong background in field operations and project delivery is essential.

The role requires leadership, budgeting, scheduling, and a proven ability to manage risk, cost, and quality in fast-paced site environments, with travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction management experience for high voltage and renewable energy projects.
• Experience with data center substations, microgrids, and BESS is required.
• Strong planning, leadership, and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent energy construction projects across the U.S.
• Provide cost and constructability input during design phases.
• Coordinate submittals, schedules, subcontractors and field activities.
• Lead construction meetings with subcontractors, APG teams, and clients.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and lookaheads.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety standards, and project documentation.
