Expect a high base with uncapped commissions and the freedom to pursue opportunities nationwide. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of B2B experience in PEO/payroll/ASO and a proven hunter mentality with a track record of closing deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven B2B experience within the PEO, Payroll or ASO sectors.
• Aggressive, elite BDM with hunter mentality and full-cycle sales capability.
• Willingness to work nationwide with no territory restrictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client acquisition across the US.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for outsourced HR, payroll, benefits and compliance services.
• Operate with no territory boundaries to hunt business nationwide.
