Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a National Water Growth Leader to drive the water business across the United States. You will partner with senior leadership to define national strategy, identify opportunities, and steer multi-regional growth initiatives.

Role involves leading strategic pursuits, building relationships with national clients and partners, and guiding go-to-market approaches while travelling up to 50% as needed. PE license preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering (or related field).
• 15+ years of progressive leadership in the water sector, including national or multi-regional leadership.
• Experience building regional/national water infrastructure and process treatment sales pipelines.
• Proven success in crafting and executing national growth strategies and in pursuing large-scale complex wins.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. public and private water markets, funding mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.
• PE license or similar credential preferred.
• Willingness to travel 30–50% as needed to support engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead water market strategic initiatives, growth plans and marketing opportunities.
• Identify, track, and deliver new opportunities with Water Market leadership.
• Coordinate with regional leadership on client development and win strategies.
• Support market focus areas, investment priorities and go-to-market approaches.
• Ensure consistent execution of national strategies with executive and regional leaders.
• Lead strategic pursuits for large, high-visibility water projects across the U.S.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with national clients, utilities, agencies, and partners.
