AtkinsRéalis is seeking a National Water Growth Leader to drive the firm's water business across the United States. You will lead national growth strategies, align regional activities, and advance high‑visibility projects with executive stakeholders.

This role requires shaping market focus areas, pursuing large opportunities, and building executive client relationships to strengthen the firm’s national water presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering; master's preferred.
• 15+ years leadership experience in the water sector, including national or multi-regional leadership.
• Proven ability to build a regional or national water infrastructure and process treatment sales pipeline.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead water market strategic initiatives, growth plans, and marketing opportunities.
• Identify, track, and deliver new opportunities with Water Market leadership.
• Manage client development and win strategies with regional leadership.
• Develop market focus areas and go-to-market approaches across regions.
