AtkinsRéalis seeks a National Water Growth Leader to drive the firm’s water business nationwide, aligning regions and services with a clear market strategy. You will partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities and guide major pursuits, ensuring sustained growth and a strengthened national presence.

The role requires deep water industry knowledge, executive-level collaboration, and the ability to travel up to 50% to support client engagements and programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in the water sector.
• Experience building national/multi-regional water sales pipelines.
• Understanding of U.S. public and private water markets and funding.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the water market's strategic initiatives, growth plans, and marketing opportunities.
• Identify, track, and deliver new opportunities with Water Market leadership.
• Collaborate with regional leadership on client development and win-work processes.
• Develop market focus areas and go-to-market approaches across regions and sub-markets.
• Build executive relationships with national clients, utilities, and industry partners.
• Oversee strategic pursuits for large, high-visibility water projects.
