AtkinsRéalis is seeking a National Water Growth Leader to drive the firm’s water business across the United States. You will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a national water market strategy, identifying opportunities, aligning regions, and advancing strategic initiatives that support long‑term growth.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or environmental engineering or related field (master’s preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the water sector, including national or multi-regional market leadership.
• Experience building regional or national water infrastructure and process treatment sales pipelines.
• Proven ability to develop and execute national growth strategies and win large, complex pursuits.
• Deep understanding of U.S. public and private water markets, funding mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Lead water market strategic initiatives, growth plans, and marketing opportunities.
• Identify, track, and deliver new opportunities with Water Market leadership.
• Manage client development and win-work processes with regional leadership.
• Support market focus areas, investment priorities, and go‑to‑market approaches across regions.
• Partner with executive leadership to ensure consistent execution of national strategies.
• Lead and support strategic pursuits for large, high‑visibility water projects in the U.S.
