Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks a National Water Growth Leader to drive the firm’s water market strategy across the United States. You will partner with senior leadership to shape growth, manage client development, and lead high-visibility pursuits in national water programs.

The role requires 15+ years in water leadership, a strong network of national clients, and the ability to influence across regions. Travel up to 50% may be needed as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the water sector.
• Experience leading national or multi-regional water market initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and collaboration across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the water market’s strategic initiatives, growth plans, and marketing opportunities.
• Partner with regional leadership to manage client development and win-work processes.
• Develop market focus areas, investment priorities, and go-to-market approaches.
• Build executive-level relationships with national clients, utilities, and partners.
• Strengthen AtkinsRéalis’ national brand through industry leadership and engagement.
• Serve as Client Manager for selected key clients or pursuits.
