Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is seeking a Technical Quality Coach - Commercial to uphold DVSA testing standards across a national operation. Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality assurance checks in a testing or compliance environment.
• Ability to coach, mentor and provide technical support.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and risks.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality assurance checks across the Commercial Vehicle Testing scheme to ensure DVSA standards.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical support to improve testing quality and consistency.
• Analyse quality and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support appeals, complaints investigations, and site suitability activities.
• Support ATFs authorisation and ongoing suitability assessments.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement and service excellence.
