Responsibilities

• Provide professional assessment of heavy vehicle statutory test applications for first tests and conversions, ensuring compliance.
• Respond to technical queries from non-technical processing teams and advise front line staff, operators, manufacturers and others.
• Collaborate with Vehicle Policy Team on new initiatives and regulatory changes.
• Maintain accurate data bases and support the Heavy Vehicle Processing Manager.
• Represent DVSA at trade events and supporting ad hoc tasks.
