Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary POC for MCC; guide customers and contractors through repairs and maintenance.
• Review repair estimates for cost effectiveness and ensure contractor compliance.
• Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain warranted repairs at minimal government cost.
• Provide timely customer assistance by researching records and interviewing contacts.
• Verify contractual agreements and ensure compliance with Government contracts.
