Responsibilities

Serve as primary point of contact for MCC and guide customers and contractors through vehicle maintenance processes.
Review repair estimates for cost effectiveness and contract compliance.
Coordinate with manufacturers to obtain warranted repairs at minimal cost.
Maintain and analyze MCC program data and customer histories to resolve issues.
Negotiate prices with open market vendors and ensure reimbursement for warranty work when applicable.
