Qualifications

• 12+ years of electrical construction operations experience on large-scale projects.
• Proven track record managing hyperscale projects with complex budgets.
• Strong leadership, safety culture, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide upper-level management support to PMs and GFs.
• Mentor field leadership to ensure peak performance and growth.
• Collaborate with VP of National Operations on staffing and execution plans.
• Represent management with labor partners, unions, and clients.
• Oversee $100M+ projects ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and quality.
• Review manpower, budgets, and project info with field leadership before start.
• Identify and resolve project risks and opportunities.
• Drive prefab strategies to improve project efficiency.
• Ensure teams use effective tools and methods to maximize productivity.
• Manage budget updates and labor projections with PMs and GFs.
• Enforce safety culture and corporate safety standards.
• Develop future General Foreman through mentoring and staffing.
• Attend conferences to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients and provide solutions.
