Job summary

McGough Construction seeks seasoned Project Management professionals for National Travel – Advanced Technology projects, including data centers and mission‑critical builds. Roles span Assistant to Senior Project Manager with increasing ownership and leadership, across pursuit through turnover.

Responsibilities include pursuing opportunities, estimating, scheduling, procurement, design coordination, and team mentorship, with travel across the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related field.
• 2+ years of related construction experience.
• Experience with estimating and self-perform construction.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Support or lead project pursuits, RFQs/RFPs, interviews, preconstruction meetings, and client presentations.
• Perform or oversee quantity takeoffs, estimating, budgeting, constructability reviews, and cost modeling.
• Develop procurement strategies for long-lead materials and equipment.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules; CPM scheduling and pull planning.
• Coordinate project meetings and mentor team members.
• Support project staffing, resource planning, and team development.
