Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong adult learning foundation.
• Experience developing and delivering training in pharma access and reimbursement.
• Proven ability to lead regional or national training initiatives.
• Strong collaboration with management and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions for field teams.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders at multiple levels to align training with business goals.
• Leverage LMS content to optimize training efficiency and consistency.
• Provide actionable feedback and coaching to participants to improve performance.
• Develop regional trainers and integrate training into franchise plans.
