Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s with 11 years, or 16 years in lieu of degree.
• Experience guiding complex transportation tolling programs and leading client relationships.
• Ability to develop growth strategies and oversee project delivery at program level.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic and technical guidance to complex programs and projects.
• Serves as trusted advisor to agency leadership and helps shape client solutions.
• Leads pursuits and major projects with client service and relationship development.
• Develops and executes client growth strategies and market engagement plans.
