Job summary

Zip Water North America is seeking a National Third-Party Manager to develop, onboard, and govern third-party vendors and service providers across residential and commercial markets. You will oversee onboarding, training, dispatch, inventory, and billing to ensure Zip NA Certified Partnerships.

The role anchors at $100-120k base with bonus and a monthly car allowance, with travel up to 25% and a hybrid presence in Rosemont/Libertyville, Illinois.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 3-5 years in appliance, coffee machine or HVAC industries preferred.
• Previous people management experience required.
• Ability to travel 25% and manage third-party networks.

Responsibilities

• Design, onboard, and govern third-party vendors and service providers.
• Train partners to meet certification and KPI requirements.
• Manage dispatch, routing, and workload distribution for partners.
• Oversee parts distribution, inventory needs, and billing accuracy.
• Maintain vendor performance reviews and corrective actions.
