Job summary

TAK Broadband in the United States seeks a Project Manager to oversee project planning, budgeting, schedules, and cross-functional teams across telecom sites and partners.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, safety standards, and quality while tracking expenses and reporting to leadership. The role requires travel up to 80% annually and a strong background in fiber/telecom projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in telecommunications required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field a plus.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or related project management certification a plus.
• Strong understanding of fiber optics, wireless networks, VoIP, broadband, and other telecom infrastructure.
• Travel +/- 80% annually to project sites and locations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources for telecommunications projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and regulatory bodies to align project goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, field technicians, and contractors.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
• Ensure telecom projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Monitor expenses, prepare financial reports, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular reports to leadership.
