Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of compensation and benefits taxation (incl. 83, 162(m), 409A).
• Experience with large accounting or law firms or tax policymaking entities.
• Ability to translate tax issues into client-ready insights and offerings.

Responsibilities

• Provide insights on evolving tax legislation, guidance, and case law.
• Develop new service offerings and improve existing ones.
• Support the tax strategy team on key client matters and proposals.
• Lead thought leadership, publications, and educational activities.
