Qualifications

• 4 year degree required.
• People management experience.
• Brand/Supplier management experience.
• Experience in Beverage Alcohol Industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to interact with senior leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with urgency and initiative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Supplier Planning Process and develop tactical overlays for cluster/brand strategy.
• Engage Johnson Brothers Leadership during planning; drive pricing strategies and market execution.
• Build target account lists and plan effective use of POS; develop market execution plans.
• Coordinate budgets: Grants/Tactical/Trade dollars/Discounts/LMF and monitor spend against plans.
• Communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual portfolio priorities and key metrics across the Johnson Brothers network.
• Analyze activity by geography, channel, customer and brand; drive scorecard performance and plan gaps.
