Johnson Brothers is a leading family-owned distributor of wine, spirits, and beer seeking a National Supplier Performance Manager to oversee supplier planning, pricing strategy, and market execution across the U.S. You will partner with leadership and branches to optimize profitability while driving transformational priorities within the Johnson Brothers network.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree required.
• People management experience.
• Brand/supplier management experience.
• Experience in Beverage Alcohol Industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with senior leadership.
• Excellent organizational skills with urgency and proactive planning.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems.
• Capable of leading change.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to guide business conversations.
• Data-driven approach and factual reasoning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Oversee supplier planning and clustering strategies.
• Develop tactical overlays for brand strategy.
• Engage Johnson Brothers Leadership during planning and execution.
• Plan / execute pricing strategies across channels and brands.
• Build target account lists for identified activities.
• Plan effective use of POS and market execution.
• Coordinate cross-channel performance metrics and reviews across the network.
• Manage budgets and investments (Grant/Tactical/Trade $s/Discounts/LMF).
• Monitor spend and profitability; identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead training programs with suppliers and ensure compliance across portfolio(s).
