Johnson Brothers is seeking a National Supplier Performance Manager to oversee core suppliers' planning, performance, and financial health, acting as a conduit between suppliers and Johnson Brothers branches nationwide. You will drive pricing strategies, develop market execution plans, and assess performance across geography, channel, customer, and brand.

The role requires strong leadership, brand and supplier management skills, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree required; relevant beverage industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people and relationships with suppliers.
• Strong communication, organizational, and proactive planning abilities.
• Data-driven decision making and ability to guide business conversations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier planning process and develop tactical overlays for brand strategy.
• Engage leadership during processes and manage pricing strategies.
• Plan and execute market activities, POS usage, and brand training where appropriate.
• Lead quarterly and monthly reviews across channels with supplier leadership.
