National Strategy & Business Development Manager – Cyber Security Services & Solutions

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Chronos Consulting’s client is a provider of Cyber Security Certifications, Auditing, Training, Testing, and Consulting Services and solutions.

Due to expansion of this division, we are seeking a leader to drive this expansion in the USA and Canada. You are a dynamic and seasoned sales professional to support the growth of the Cyber Security certification (ISO 27001) & auditing services business unit. Your role involves assessing market needs, designing, and implementing a “Go To Market” strategy to launch sales activities in the USA and supporting the team in Canada with a consultative customer focus.

The position is open within the USA as a home-based role with extensive travel, requiring proximity to a major airport.

The Role
  • Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, responsible for:
  • Cyber Security sales activities including ISO 27001 audits, consulting, training, certification, and testing services.
  • Developing and implementing a business/marketing plan to expand the ISO 27001 customer base within the USA and Canada.
  • Collaborating with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue goals, and long-term account success aligned with company vision.
  • Building and maintaining a database of qualified leads using CRM, through referrals, meetings, calls, emails, and networking.
  • Creating and delivering effective proposals and RFP responses that address prospects' business challenges.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Cyber Security focus preferred), with 8-15 years of leadership sales experience.
  • Cyber Security experience is essential, with a background in selling IT services and solutions.
  • Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Technical sales skills and ability to develop customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, marketing, and presentation skills.
  • Home office with proximity to a major airport and willingness to travel extensively.
