National Strategy & Business Development Manager – Cyber Security Services & Solutions

Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Chronos Consulting’s client is a provider of Cyber Security Certifications, Auditing, Training, Testing, and Consulting Services and solutions.

Due to expansion of this division, we are seeking a leader to drive this expansion in the USA and Canada. You are a dynamic and seasoned sales professional to support the growth of the Cyber Security certification (ISO 27001) & auditing services business unit. Your role involves assessing market needs, designing, and implementing a “Go To Market” strategy to launch sales activities in the USA, and supporting the team in Canada with a consultative customer focus.

Location is flexible within the USA as this is a home-based role with extensive travel; proximity to a major airport is required.

The Role
  1. Reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for:
  2. Cyber Security sales activities including ISO 27001 audits, consulting, training, certification, and testing services.
  3. Developing and implementing a business/marketing plan to meet personal and business goals for expanding the ISO 27001 customer base within the USA and Canada.
  4. Collaborating with sales and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction, revenue targets, and long-term account goals aligned with the company vision.
  5. Building and maintaining a database of qualified leads through CRM, referrals, meetings, calls, emails, and networking.
  6. Creating and delivering effective proposals and RFP responses that address prospects' business challenges.
The Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration (Cyber Security focus preferred), with 8-15 years of sales leadership experience.
  2. Cyber Security experience is essential, with a background in selling IT services and solutions.
  3. Proven success in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  4. Technical sales skills and ability to develop customer relationships.
  5. Strong communication, negotiation, marketing, and presentation skills.
  6. Home office setup and proximity to a major airport with willingness to travel extensively.
