Job summary

Bystronic Inc. in the Americas seeks a National Systems Manager to lead the Applications, Training, Solutions Engineering and Product Management teams, aligning technical resources with sales opportunities in equipment, automation, software and integrated systems.

The role engages with customers to understand manufacturing processes and growth plans, translating needs into practical, high-value Bystronic solutions and directing an advanced training program for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and industry experience considered.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical sales support, applications engineering, solutions engineering, product management, automation, or related field.
• Prior leadership experience managing technical or product-focused teams.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers and sales teams on complex capital equipment or manufacturing system opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the national technical sales support function across the Americas.
• Develop and coach Solutions Engineering and Product Management teams.
• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Project Management and global product organizations.
• Support customer-facing technical presentations and executive-level discussions.
• Travel regularly to support customers and strategic opportunities in the U.S.
