Job summary

Bystronic, a global technology company, seeks a National Systems Manager to oversee the Americas technical sales support organization. You will lead Applications, Training, Solutions Engineering, and Product Management to win complex customer solutions, translating requirements into technically sound offerings across equipment, automation, software, and integrated systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, business, or related technical field.
7+ years in technical sales support, applications engineering, or product management.
Prior leadership experience managing technical or product-focused teams.
Experience working with customers and sales teams on complex capital equipment.

Responsibilities

Lead the national technical sales support function to pursue complex opportunities.
Coach and develop the Solutions Engineering team and direct technical resources.
Oversee Product Management, ensuring market positioning and launches.
Participate in customer discovery meetings and technical presentations.
Translate customer requirements into Bystronic solutions across equipment, automation, software, and systems.
Develop and manage a best-in-class training program for customers.
Develop product management strategies to drive brand awareness and sales growth.
Oversee product development to meet market demands and competitive edge.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to executives and operators.
Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and global divisions on end-to-end solutions.
Travel regularly to support customers and opportunities across the U.S.
