Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Senior Network Implementation Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute large-scale network deployment programs. You will own end-to-end delivery from design through construction, ensuring schedule adherence, quality, safety, and cross-functional alignment across engineering, construction, vendors, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of telecom or network infrastructure program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure programs from design through construction completion.
• Oversee engineering processes from conceptualization through implementation.
• Coordinate engineering teams, construction supervisors, contractors, splicing vendors, and external partners.
• Serve as field interface for engineering and construction execution.
• Lead cross‑functional meetings and provide leadership on objectives, metrics, and delivery readiness.
• Report program status, milestones, risks and performance metrics.
