DH Pace Company, Inc. seeks a results-oriented National Service Sales Development Manager to lead the national service sales training program for technicians and managers.

In this role, you will build and deliver sales training that strengthens customer trust, equips technicians and managers to sell effectively and enables managers to support, coach, and lead their teams. You will design and deliver technician training covering value-based selling, and provide manager training on dispatch,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales training, with success in residential, in-home, or direct-to-consumer environments.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Designing and facilitating group sales training programs is required.
• Proven ability to build a training program from scratch with materials and curriculum.
• Strong group facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills; able to lead a room of technicians with varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and evolve the national service sales training program across service lines.
• Travel to local offices to facilitate group training sessions for managers and technicians.
• Design and deliver technician training on value-based selling and goal achievement.
• Design and deliver manager training on dispatch, service, and sales meetings.
• Partner with DH Pace Training Department to maintain curriculum and reinforce training.
