Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales or sales training in residential/home services or related fields.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate group sales training programs.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills; able to lead diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the national service sales training program across service lines.
• Travel to local offices to facilitate group training for managers and technicians.
• Design and deliver training for technicians on value-based selling and customer interactions.
