Job summary

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented National Service Sales Development Manager to create and lead the national service sales training program across residential and commercial service lines.

You will design curricula, deliver training to technicians and managers, and travel to DH Pace offices to facilitate sessions. You bring 5+ years in sales or sales training, a bachelor's degree, strong facilitation and presentation skills, and the ability to translate value-based selling into

Qualifications

5+ years in sales or sales training in residential or direct-to-consumer settings.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Proven ability to design and facilitate group sales training programs.

Responsibilities

Develop, own and evolve the national service sales training program across service lines.
Travel to local offices to facilitate group training for managers and technicians.
Design and deliver technician training on value-based selling and professional development.
Design and deliver manager training on dispatch, service, and sales meetings.
Partner with DH Pace Training Department to maintain curriculum and materials.
Track training effectiveness with defined metrics and refine curriculum accordingly.
Onboard new technicians and reinforce training between visits.
