What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate roadside assistance by taking phone calls and dispatching service through vendor portals
- Set up replacement rentals for clients needing alternative transportation
- Research delays in roadside service and communicate with vendor partners for status updates
- Relay repair approvals to repair facilities on behalf of clients
- Maintain regular communication with third-party vendors and Fleet drivers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Two (2) years experience in customer and/or vendor support
- Two (2) years of administrative support experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements
