What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide roadside assistance coordination through vendor partners, including dispatching services and monitoring live jobs
- Set up replacement rentals for clients in need of alternative transportation
- Communicate with vendor partners to research delays and evaluate options to assist drivers
- Relay repair approvals to repair facilities on behalf of clients and ensure timely follow-ups
- Maintain regular communication with third-party vendors and Fleet drivers to address service inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in customer and/or vendor support
- Minimum of two (2) years of administrative support experience
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship
