Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Program Manager to lead and deliver nationwide security programs on a multi-functional team, overseeing capture, development, planning and execution across a broad portfolio. The PM will drive proposals, manage risk, and ensure customer satisfaction with timely deliverables.

The role requires DoD/USG program experience, strong communication, and the ability to work in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 5 years professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry.
• Top Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, including cost, schedule, and technical performance targets.
• Establish performance baselines and update resource plans.
• Act as primary customer contact and lead reviews to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop risk management plans, budgets, and schedules and present reviews.
• Coordinate win strategy and compliant proposals for growth of the portfolio.
