Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Sr. Systems Administrator in its Intel Sector’s Solutions Analysis Business Area (ASBA). The role focuses on security engineering, CNO, mission software, SIGINT, and cryptographic key management within a multi-enclave enterprise.

The position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor personnel while providing incident management and documentation. Pay range reflects senior responsibilities and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a BA (or 6+ with an MS) or equivalent.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Subject matter expert within technical domain area.

Responsibilities

• Provide systems and software operations and maintenance support in a large network enterprise, multi-enclave environment.
• Distinguish isolated user problems from enterprise-wide issues.
• Coordinate with customers to collect data, analyze, and implement solutions for incidents and requirements.
• Provide mentoring and training on operations and maintenance.
• Develop and update documentation for operations.
• Resolve highly complex problems using technical knowledge and analysis.
• Advocate for best practices and new concepts to stakeholders.
• Provide follow-up reports for root cause analysis and process improvement.
• Remotely access endpoints (Windows/Linux) to perform configuration and remedial actions.
